Year 11 Statement of Entry Help
The list below should help you determine if your child is missing an exam on their statement of entry. You and your child will know which subjects they are currently studying in Year 11. Using this information, please check that your child's statement of entry lists the correct exam units as shown in the table.

Units that are tiered have been highlighted. Please note that candidates only take one tier. For example, pupils taking triple Biology will either take 3400U2 (foundation) or 3400UB (higher) - they do not take both.

Please be aware that your child's statement of entry may list exams not shown in the table below. This will happen if they are re-sitting units that were taken in Year 10.

Lastly, those taking Food and Nutrition were given a choice of how they take their exam. They either take a written paper or an online version of the exam. Both are listed in the table.

Examination Certificates

Have you collected your GCSE or A level certificates?

It would be wonderful to be able to pass on certificates to their rightful owners. The school has no obligation to retain these certificates after one year, and they are expensive to replace.

If you left school in the summer of 2015 or later then your certificates can be collected from reception.

If you left school prior to 2015 and are unable to locate your certificates then please e-mail exams@cowbridgecs.co.uk with your name at the time; the year you left; and the level of certification. If the certificates are still in school you will need to call in to sign for them, or nominate someone to do so on your behalf.
